Welcome to the pilot program for pharmatext.ai (the "App"). These Pilot Terms describe how we provide access to this evaluation version.
You are participating in a limited pilot evaluation of the App. The goal is to test the features, gather feedback, and assess value. This pilot does not create a commercial relationship or service agreement.
Access is provided free of charge for the duration of the pilot, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may suspend or end access at any time after the pilot period.
As part of this pilot, we collect certain usage data to help us understand how the App performs, identify issues, and make improvements. This includes general analytics and session replay technology provided by PostHog.
We may record how you interact with the App — for example, which pages you visit, features you use, and how the interface behaves during your session. This helps us analyze usage patterns, troubleshoot issues, and improve the product experience.
This information is associated with your user account so we can better understand usage within the pilot team. Sensitive fields such as passwords are automatically masked.
You and your organization retain all intellectual property rights to the content you upload or generate within the App ("User-Generated Content"). We claim no ownership over it.
We will not use your User-Generated Content for any purpose other than providing and improving the App's service to you during this pilot.
Usage and session replay data are retained only for the duration of the pilot and shortly thereafter (maximum 60 days). After this period, all such data will be permanently deleted.

This data is not shared with third parties outside of essential service providers (such as PostHog and Google Cloud), and it is not used for marketing.
You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time, or withdraw from the pilot. If you withdraw, your data will be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights therein, are and will remain the exclusive property of LAG. Except for the limited right to access and use the App for evaluation purposes as granted herein, no other rights are granted, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You agree not to, and will not permit others to:
You agree not to share login credentials, screenshots, or proprietary information from the App with others outside the pilot group without our consent.
We will treat your usage data and feedback as confidential and not share it with third parties without permission.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. We may terminate this agreement immediately and without notice if you fail to comply with these terms. Upon termination, your access to the App will be revoked, and you must cease all use of the App.
The App is provided "as is" for evaluation purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding availability, performance, or fitness for any purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will LAG be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App during the pilot period.
By providing feedback, you grant us the right to use it for product improvement and marketing, without obligation of compensation.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
